# Create items

> Creates several items in one vault with independent results.

`onePassword.createItems` creates several items in one vault with independent results.

This action requires a service-account connection.

## Example

## Inputs

Provide one `vaultId` and one or more SDK item-create values whose `vaultId` fields match it. Every input accepts a compatible signal. Account-backed actions accept an optional second argument `{ account }` to select a named binding.

## Output

Returns a response for each item. Successful decrypted items are sensitive.
