# List views

> List views in an Airtable base.

`airtable.listViews` returns every view in a base.

```ts automations/list-airtable-views.automation.ts theme={null}
import { automation } from "automate.ax"
import { airtable } from "automate.ax/airtable"

export default automation("List Airtable views", () => {
  airtable.listViews({ baseId: "app123", includeVisibleFieldIds: true })
})
```

`baseId` is required. `includeVisibleFieldIds` defaults to `false`; when true, grid views may include `visibleFieldIds`. Returns `{ views }` with `id`, `name`, `type`, optional `personalForUserId`, and optional visible fields. Requires `workspacesAndBases:read`.
