# Delete session resource

> Deletes a detachable resource from a Claude session.

`anthropic.deleteSessionResource` deletes a detachable resource from a Claude session.

## Example

import { automation, onInvocation, withPrerequisites } from "automate.ax"
import { anthropic } from "automate.ax/anthropic"

export default automation("Delete session resource", () => {
  withPrerequisites(onInvocation(), () => {

      resourceId: "resource-id",

  })

```

## Inputs

Requires `sessionId` and `resourceId`. Anthropic controls which resource kinds can be detached. Inputs use public camelCase names and accept signals.

## Output and behavior

Returns a deletion confirmation.

Anthropic requests time out before the action lease and provider mutations are not retried after an uncertain response unless stated otherwise.
