# Create custom-field enum option

> Create and position an enum option on an Asana custom field.

`asana.createCustomFieldEnumOption` create and position an enum option on an Asana custom field.

    customFieldId: "custom-field-gid",

Provide `customFieldId` and `name`. Optional `color`, `enabled`, and exactly one of `insertBeforeOptionId` or `insertAfterOptionId` control presentation and position. Optional second argument `{ account }` selects a named Asana binding.

Returns the created enum option.
