# Create tag

> Create a tag in an Asana workspace.

`asana.createTag` create a tag in an Asana workspace.

```ts automations/asana-create-tag.automation.ts theme={null}
import { automation, onDashboardRun } from "automate.ax"
import { asana } from "automate.ax/asana"

export default automation("Create tag", () => {
  onDashboardRun({ title: "Create tag" })
  asana.createTag({ workspaceId: "workspace-gid", name: "Urgent" })
})
```

Provide `workspaceId` and `name`. Optional `color`, `notes`, and `followerIds` set initial metadata. Optional second argument `{ account }` selects a named Asana binding.

Returns the created tag.
