# List subtasks

> List the direct subtasks of an Asana task.

`listSubtasks` returns only immediate children; call it again for deeper levels.

import { listSubtasks } from "automate.ax/asana"

export default automation("List Asana subtasks", () => {
  onHttpRequest({ scope: "automation" })
  listSubtasks({ taskId: "parent-task-gid" })
})
```

`taskId` is required. `limit` is 1–100 and defaults to `100`; `offset` continues pagination; optional `account` defaults to the project binding.

Returns `Signal<{ tasks: AsanaTask[]; pageInfo: { nextOffset?: string } }>`.
