# Search projects

> Search projects by name in an Asana workspace.

`asana.searchProjects` searches projects by name in an Asana workspace.

import { automation, onDashboardRun } from "automate.ax"
import { asana } from "automate.ax/asana"

export default automation("Search projects", () => {
  onDashboardRun({ title: "Search projects" })
  asana.searchProjects({ workspaceId: "workspace-gid", text: "launch" })
})
```

Provide `workspaceId` and non-empty `text`. Optional `teamId` and `completed` narrow results. `limit` defaults to `100`. Asana doesn't support offset pagination for project search. Optional second argument `{ account }` selects a named Asana binding.

Returns the matching `projects`.
