# Update section

> Rename an Asana section.

`updateSection` changes a section's name.

```ts automations/rename-asana-section.automation.ts theme={null}
import { automation, onHttpRequest } from "automate.ax"
import { updateSection } from "automate.ax/asana"

export default automation("Rename Asana section", () => {
  onHttpRequest({ scope: "automation" })
  updateSection({ sectionId: "section-gid", name: "Ready for review" })
})
```

`sectionId` and non-empty `name` are required; optional `account` defaults to the project binding. Returns the updated `AsanaSection`.
