# Get project

> Get one Automate.ax project and its active automations.

`automate.getProject` gets one project by `projectId`.

```ts automations/get-project.automation.ts theme={null}
import { automation } from "automate.ax"
import { automate } from "automate.ax/automate"

export default automation("Inspect project", () => {
  automate.getProject({ projectId: "proj_123" })
})
```

The result includes the organization, active deployment ID, and active automation summaries. The action requires `project:read`.
