# Activate template

> Activate a Brevo transactional email template for sending.

`activateTemplate` sets an existing template's active state to `true`.

## Example

```ts theme={null}
import { automation, onHttpRequest } from "automate.ax"
import { activateTemplate } from "automate.ax/brevo"

export default automation("Activate a receipt template", () => {
  onHttpRequest({ scope: "automation" })

  activateTemplate({ templateId: 42 })
})
```

`templateId: number | string` is required and `account` selects the Brevo
binding. The action returns `Signal<void>` after Brevo accepts the change. It
does not send or test the template and consumes no send credit.
