# Create event

> Create event through the Brevo API.

`brevo.createEvent` create event through the Brevo API.

## Example

  onDashboardRun({ title: "Create event" })

  brevo.createEvent({
    eventName: "order_created",

})
```

## Inputs and output

Inputs: `eventName` uses letters, numbers, underscores, or hyphens, and `identifiers` contains at least one contact identifier. Optional ISO `eventDate`, contact properties, event properties, and custom object data enrich the event.

Completes after Brevo records the event. Provide at least one contact identifier. Event names use letters, numbers, underscores, or hyphens. Pass `{ account }` as the second argument to select a named Brevo account binding.
