# Delete contact list

> Delete a Brevo contact list while preserving its contacts.

`deleteContactList` removes the list container and its memberships but does not
delete the contact records.

## Example

```ts theme={null}
import { automation, onHttpRequest } from "automate.ax"
import { deleteContactList } from "automate.ax/brevo"

export default automation("Delete an obsolete list", () => {
  onHttpRequest({ scope: "automation" })

  deleteContactList({ list: "Obsolete" })
})
```

`list: string | number` is required and `account` selects the Brevo binding.
Returns `Signal<void>`. Use `deleteContact` separately only when the underlying
contact records should be permanently removed.
