# Delete email template

> Permanently delete a Brevo transactional email template.

`brevo.deleteEmailTemplate` permanently delete a Brevo transactional email template.

## Example

```ts theme={null}
import { automation, onDashboardRun } from "automate.ax"
import { brevo } from "automate.ax/brevo"

export default automation("Delete email template", () => {
  onDashboardRun({ title: "Delete email template" })
  brevo.deleteEmailTemplate({ templateId: 42 })
})
```

## Inputs

`templateId` is the positive numeric template ID. The second argument can select `{ account }`.

## Output

Returns nothing. Existing sent messages remain in logs, but future sends cannot use the deleted template.
