# Update consent group

> Update consent group through the Brevo API.

`brevo.updateConsentGroup` update consent group through the Brevo API.

## Example

export default automation("Update consent group", () => {
  onDashboardRun({ title: "Update consent group" })

  brevo.updateConsentGroup({ id: 4, name: "Product news" })

## Inputs and output

Inputs: positive `id` plus at least one of `name`, `description`, or `signupMode`.

The updated consent group. Provide at least one of `name`, `description`, or `signupMode`. Pass `{ account }` as the second argument to select a named Brevo account binding.
