# Update sender

> Update a Brevo sender and its dedicated-IP assignments.

`brevo.updateSender` update a Brevo sender and its dedicated-IP assignments.

## Example

import { brevo } from "automate.ax/brevo"

export default automation("Update sender", () => {
  onDashboardRun({ title: "Update sender" })
  brevo.updateSender({ senderId: 42, name: "Example Support" })
})
```

## Inputs

`senderId` is required. Provide at least one of `name`, `email`, or `ips`. Weighted IP assignments must total 100. Because `ips` replaces all assignments, pass an empty array to clear them. The second argument can select `{ account }`.

## Output

Returns nothing. This mutation is not replay-safe.
