# Create Goal Target

> Creates a measurable Target on a ClickUp Goal.

`clickUp.createGoalTarget` creates a measurable Target on a ClickUp Goal.

## Inputs

`goalId`, `name`, `type` (`automatic`, `boolean`, `currency`, `number`, or `percentage`), integer `stepsEnd`, and `unit`; optional integer start. Owner, task, and List ID arrays default to empty. Use `automatic` with task or List IDs. Every action accepts an optional static `account` binding.

## Output

Returns the created `ClickUpKeyResult`.
