# Create task comment

> Creates a plain-text comment on a ClickUp task.

`clickUp.createTaskComment` creates a plain-text comment on a ClickUp task.

## Inputs

`taskId`, non-empty `commentText`, and optional assignee, group assignee, and `notifyAll`. Every action accepts an optional static `account` binding.

## Output

Returns the created comment identifiers and timestamp.
