# Get running time entry

> Gets the timer currently running for the connected user.

`clickUp.getRunningTimeEntry` gets the timer currently running for the connected user.

## Inputs

`workspaceId`. Every action accepts an optional static `account` binding.

## Output

Returns the running `ClickUpTimeEntry`, or `null` when no timer is active.
