# Set task Custom Field

> Sets one applicable Custom Field value on a ClickUp task.

`clickUp.setTaskCustomField` sets one applicable Custom Field value on a ClickUp task.

## Inputs

`taskId`, `fieldId`, and JSON-compatible `value`. The value shape must match the field's ClickUp type. Every action accepts an optional static `account` binding.

## Output

Returns no value after ClickUp accepts the value.
