# Delete note

> Permanently delete a Close note.

`close.deleteNote` permanently delete a Close note.

import { automation, onDashboardRun } from "automate.ax"
import { close } from "automate.ax/close"

export default automation("Delete note", () => {
  onDashboardRun({ title: "Delete note" })
  close.deleteNote({ noteId: "acti_abc123" })
})
```

## Inputs

Provide the note activity `noteId`. Optional second argument `{ account }` selects a named Close binding.

## Output

Returns `{ deleted: true, noteId }` after Close accepts the deletion.
