# Detach source from bot

> Detach a CloseBot source from a bot.

`closeBot.detachSourceFromBot` removes a source and its routing configuration from a bot.

import { automation, onDashboardRun } from "automate.ax"
import { closeBot } from "automate.ax/closebot"

export default automation("Detach CloseBot source", () => {
  onDashboardRun({ title: "Detach source" })

  closeBot.detachSourceFromBot({ botId: "bot-id", sourceId: "source-id" })
})
```

## Inputs

Provide `botId` and `sourceId`.

## Output

Returns `null` after CloseBot accepts the detachment.
