# Follow up on Smart FAQ

> Follow up with selected CloseBot leads about an answered Smart FAQ.

`closeBot.followUpOnSmartFaq` starts a follow-up for selected leads associated with one answered FAQ.

## Inputs

Provide `faqId` and a non-empty `leadIds` array.

## Output

Returns `null` after CloseBot accepts the follow-up request. Follow-up delivery is not replay-safe after an uncertain response.
