# Update source variable

> Update one CloseBot bot variable for a source.

`closeBot.updateSourceVariable` changes one source-specific bot variable.

import { closeBot } from "automate.ax/closebot"

export default automation("Update CloseBot source variable", () => {
  onDashboardRun({ title: "Update source variable" })

    value: "Premium",

})
```

## Inputs

Provide the `botId`, `sourceId`, `variableId`, and replacement `value`.

## Output

Returns `null` after CloseBot saves the value.
