# Update health check

> Overwrites a health-check configuration.

`cloudflare.updateHealthCheck` overwrites a health-check configuration.

import { cloudflare } from "automate.ax/cloudflare"

export default automation("Update health check", () => {
  onDashboardRun({ title: "Update health check" })
  cloudflare.updateHealthCheck({
    zoneId: "zone-id",
    healthCheckId: "health-check-id",
    name: "origin",
    address: "origin.example.com",
    type: "HTTPS",
  })
})
```

Provide both IDs and the complete `name` and `address`; protocol settings are optional. Optional second argument `{ account }` selects a static project account binding.

Returns the updated health check.
