# Update notification policy

> Overwrites one notification policy.

`cloudflare.updateNotificationPolicy` overwrites one notification policy.

Provide both IDs and the complete policy definition. Optional second argument `{ account }` selects a static project account binding.

Returns the updated policy ID.
