# Remove member role

> Remove one Discord server role from a member.

`discord.removeMemberRole` remove one Discord server role from a member.

## Inputs

Required server, user, and role IDs; optional audit-log `reason`. Optional second argument `{ account }` selects the Discord binding.

## Output

Returns no value.

## Discord behavior

Requires `MANAGE_ROLES`; managed integration roles cannot be removed this way.
