# On entitlement updated

> Start an automation when Discord updates an application entitlement.

`discord.onEntitlementUpdated` receives `ENTITLEMENT_UPDATE` when an entitlement's provider state changes.

The payload contains the complete normalized entitlement rather than a field-level diff. Optional `account` selects the Discord application.
