# Re-run GitHub workflow

> Re-run every job in a GitHub Actions workflow run.

`github.rerunWorkflow` creates another attempt for every job in a completed workflow run.

export default automation("Re-run GitHub workflow", () => {
  github.rerunWorkflow({
    enableDebugLogging: true,
    owner: "SentsCo",
    repository: "automate.ax",
    runId: 123456789,
  })
})
```

Provide the repository and completed `runId`. Optional `enableDebugLogging` enables runner diagnostic logs for the new attempt. Returns `{}` after GitHub accepts the request. The run ID remains the same and `run_attempt` increases. Requires Actions write permission.
