# On GitHub issue removed from milestone

> Run an automation when a GitHub issue removed from a milestone.

`github.onIssueDemilestoned` emits issue events with action `"demilestoned"`.

Optional static `account` defaults to the project binding. Returns the typed GitHub issue webhook payload with `action: "demilestoned"`. The installation needs Issues read permission and repository access.
