# On GitHub issue dependencies event

> Run for GitHub issue dependency changes.

`github.onIssueDependenciesEvent` subscribes to issue dependency activity.

import { github } from "automate.ax/github"

export default automation("Watch GitHub issue dependencies event", () => {
  const event = github.onIssueDependenciesEvent()
  // Sync the GitHub issue hierarchy to the project plan.

```

Optional static `account` defaults to the project binding. Returns typed GitHub `issue_dependencies` payloads. Requires Issues read permission and repository access.
