# On GitHub issue dependency blocked by added

> Run when a blocking issue is added.

`github.onIssueDependencyBlockedByAdded` subscribes to added blocking-issue relationships.

Optional static `account` defaults to the project binding. Returns typed GitHub `issue_dependencies` payloads with `action: "blocked_by_added"`. Requires Issues read permission and repository access.
