# On GitHub issue dependency blocked by removed

> Run when a blocking issue is removed.

`github.onIssueDependencyBlockedByRemoved` subscribes to removed blocking-issue relationships.

Optional static `account` defaults to the project binding. Returns typed GitHub `issue_dependencies` payloads with `action: "blocked_by_removed"`. Requires Issues read permission and repository access.
