# On GitHub pull request review changes requested

> Start an automation when a review requests pull request changes.

`onGitHubPullRequestReviewChangesRequested` emits submitted reviews whose `review.state` is `"changes_requested"`.

```ts automations/watch-github-change-requests.automation.ts theme={null}
import { automation } from "automate.ax"
import { onGitHubPullRequestReviewChangesRequested } from "automate.ax/github"
export default automation("Watch GitHub change requests", () => {
  const event = onGitHubPullRequestReviewChangesRequested()
  event.transform(({ pull_request, review }) => ({
    body: review.body,
    pullRequest: pull_request.number,
  }))
})
```

Optional static `account` defaults to the project binding. Returns `Signal<GitHubPullRequestReviewChangesRequestedEvent>` with `action: "submitted"`, `review.state: "changes_requested"`, and the complete typed payload.
