# On GitHub pull request review comment edited

> Run when an inline GitHub pull request review comment is edited.

`github.onPullRequestReviewCommentEdited` emits inline review comments with `action: "edited"`.

```ts automations/github-review-comment-edited.automation.ts theme={null}
import { automation } from "automate.ax"
import { github } from "automate.ax/github"

export default automation("GitHub review comment edited", () => {
  const event = github.onPullRequestReviewCommentEdited()
  // Send the GitHub review comment to the pull request author.
})
```

Returns the edited comment and previous body in `changes` when GitHub supplies it. Requires Pull requests read permission.
