# On GitHub pull request review thread unresolved

> Run when a review thread is unresolved.

`github.onPullRequestReviewThreadUnresolved` subscribes to unresolved review threads.

Optional static `account` defaults to the project binding. Returns typed GitHub `pull_request_review_thread` payloads with `action: "unresolved"`. Requires Pull requests read permission and repository access.
