# On GitHub workflow job event

> Run for broad GitHub Actions workflow job activity.

`github.onWorkflowJobEvent` handles queued, waiting, in-progress, and completed workflow jobs.

Returns GitHub's full `workflow_job` payload, including run and attempt IDs, job name, status, conclusion, runner and group, labels, steps, ref, repository, and deployment when present. Requires Actions read permission.
