# On GitHub workflow run neutral

> Start an automation when a GitHub Actions workflow run completes neutrally.

`github.onWorkflowRunNeutral` emits workflow run events with `workflow_run.conclusion: "neutral"`.

Optional static `account` defaults to the project binding. Returns the complete typed GitHub webhook payload narrowed to `workflow_run.conclusion: "neutral"`. Requires Actions read permission.
