# Get customer

> Get identity, locale, manager, and test-account metadata for a Google Ads customer.

Use `googleAds.getCustomer` to get identity, locale, manager, and test-account metadata for a Google Ads customer.

## Example

import { automation, onDashboardRun } from "automate.ax"
import { googleAds } from "automate.ax/google-ads"

export default automation("Get customer", () => {
  onDashboardRun({ title: "Get customer" })

  googleAds.getCustomer({ customerId: "1234567890" })
})
```

## Inputs

Set `customerId`. Add `loginCustomerId` when accessing the customer through a manager account. All customer-scoped actions accept optional `loginCustomerId` for manager-account access and a named Google account binding.

## Output

Returns the normalized customer resource, including currency, time zone, manager state, and test-account state.
