# Update shared drive

> Change a shared drive's name, theme, or color.

`googleDrive.updateSharedDrive` change a shared drive's name, theme, or color.

## Example

```ts theme={null}
import { automation, onDashboardRun } from "automate.ax"
import { googleDrive } from "automate.ax/google-drive"

export default automation("Update shared drive", () => {
  onDashboardRun({ title: "Update shared drive" })
  googleDrive.updateSharedDrive({ driveId: "drive-id", name: "Operations" })
})
```

## Inputs

Provide `driveId` and at least one of `name`, `themeId`, or six-digit `colorRgb`. Choose either `themeId` or `colorRgb`; Google doesn't accept both in one update. A second argument with `account` selects a Google Account.

## Output

Returns updated shared-drive metadata. This action requires full Drive scope and applicable Workspace privileges.
