# Delete object

> Delete a slide or page element.

`googleSlides.deleteObject` delete a slide or page element.

## Example

import { automation, onDashboardRun } from "automate.ax"
import { googleSlides } from "automate.ax/google-slides"

export default automation("Delete object", () => {
  onDashboardRun({ title: "Delete object" })
  googleSlides.deleteObject({
    presentation: "presentation-id",
    objectId: "shape-1",
  })
})
```

## Inputs

Provide `presentation` and `objectId`. A second argument with `account` selects a Google Account.

## Output

Returns the presentation ID and resulting revision ID.
