# Transform object

> Set or adjust a page element's affine transform.

`googleSlides.transformObject` set or adjust a page element's affine transform.

## Example

import { googleSlides } from "automate.ax/google-slides"

export default automation("Transform object", () => {
  onDashboardRun({ title: "Transform object" })
  googleSlides.transformObject({
    presentation: "presentation-id",
    objectId: "shape-1",
    translateX: 24,
    translateY: 12,
  })
})
```

## Inputs

Provide `presentation` and `objectId`. Set scale, shear, or translation values in points. `applyMode` defaults to `absolute`; unspecified matrix values use the identity transform. A second argument with `account` selects a Google Account.

## Output

Returns the presentation ID and resulting revision ID.
