# Archive contact

> Move one HubSpot contact to the recycling bin.

Use `hubspot.archiveContact` to move one HubSpot contact to the recycling bin.

## Inputs

Provide the HubSpot record ID. This action archives the record; it does not permanently erase it. Optional second argument `{ account }` selects a named HubSpot binding.

## Output

Returns when HubSpot accepts the archive operation.
