# Archive task

> Archive a JobNimbus task without permanently deleting it.

`jobNimbus.archiveTask` archive a JobNimbus task without permanently deleting it.

import { jobNimbus } from "automate.ax/jobnimbus"

## Inputs

Provide `taskId`. Optional `actor`, `bulk`, and `skip` use the legacy mutation controls. Optional second argument `{ account }` selects a named binding. Optional second argument `{ account }` selects a named JobNimbus binding.

## Output

Returns the updated `JobNimbusTask` with `isActive: false`.
