# Create contact

> Create a contact in a JobNimbus workflow.

`jobNimbus.createContact` create a contact in a JobNimbus workflow.

## Inputs

Provide `recordTypeName`, `statusName`, and at least one of company, display name, first name, or last name. Optional addresses, owners, tags, workflow fields, `customFields`, and legacy mutation controls are supported. Optional second argument `{ account }` selects a named JobNimbus binding.

## Output

Returns the created `JobNimbusContact`, including JobNimbus IDs and normalized custom fields.
