# Create product

> Create an item in the JobNimbus product catalog.

`jobNimbus.createProduct` create an item in the JobNimbus product catalog.

## Inputs

Provide `name`. Optional fields include description, external ID, item type, location, suppliers, tax behavior, units of measure, and labor or material prices. Optional second argument `{ account }` selects a named JobNimbus binding.

## Output

Returns the created `JobNimbusProduct`.
