# Update product

> Update an item in the JobNimbus product catalog.

`jobNimbus.updateProduct` update an item in the JobNimbus product catalog.

## Inputs

Provide `productId` and at least one mutable product field. Update names, descriptions, type, suppliers, tax behavior, location, or complete unit-of-measure pricing entries. Optional second argument `{ account }` selects a named JobNimbus binding.

## Output

Returns the updated `JobNimbusProduct`.
