# Create issue label

> Create a Linear issue label.

`linear.createIssueLabel` creates a Linear issue label..

export default automation("Create issue label", () => {
  onDashboardRun({ title: "Create issue label" })

```

Provide `name`. Omit `teamId` for a workspace label, or provide it for a team label. Returns the created `LinearIssueLabel`. Optional second argument `{ account }` selects the Linear binding.
