# Delete issue label

> Permanently delete a Linear issue label.

`linear.deleteIssueLabel` permanently deletes a Linear issue label..

Provide `issueLabelId`. Returns `{ issueLabelId }` after Linear confirms deletion. Optional second argument `{ account }` selects the Linear binding.
