# Get team

> Get one Linear team by ID or issue key.

`getTeam` accepts a stable UUID or short key such as `ENG`.

```ts automations/get-linear-team.automation.ts theme={null}
import { automation, onHttpRequest } from "automate.ax"
import { getTeam } from "automate.ax/linear"

export default automation("Get Linear team", () => {
  onHttpRequest({ scope: "automation" })
  getTeam({ teamId: "ENG" })
})
```

`teamId` is required; optional `account` defaults to the project binding. Returns the complete normalized `LinearTeam`.
