# List users

> List Linear workspace users with status and text filters.

`listUsers` discovers user IDs for assignments, subscriptions, project membership, and leads.

```ts automations/find-linear-user.automation.ts theme={null}
import { automation, onHttpRequest } from "automate.ax"
import { listUsers } from "automate.ax/linear"
export default automation("Find active Linear users", () => {
  onHttpRequest({ scope: "automation" })
  listUsers({ active: true, name: "Ada", includeDisabled: false })
})
```

Optional filters are exact `email`, case-insensitive name substring, `active`, and `includeDisabled`. Common page inputs are `limit` (1–50, default 50), `after`, and `includeArchived`; `account` defaults to the project binding.

Returns `{ users: LinearUser[]; pageInfo: LinearPageInfo }`. `includeDisabled` controls the candidate set, while `active` filters it by active state.
